The swelling of support for racial justice since 2020 has seen businesses make public commitments to embrace a racial equity agenda. This session will bring together leaders from the corporate social responsibility space along with young leaders and workers to explore the following question: How can the opportunity youth field and collaboratives connect with local and national efforts to take advantage of this moment and advance employer practices that facilitate purpose, meaning and belonging and create the conditions where young workers of color, especially those with the greatest barriers, can thrive at work?
